Event Information:

Update as of 3-6-24. Gore will have the race hill closed on Thursday to preserve the surface, but the rest of the mountain will be available to ski. John Pierce will still be available to help with SG & GS tips, most likely on Twister.

Gore was unable to close the race hill to the public for four days in a row, but they have offered to provide discount lift tickets to those that would like to run the hill or just explore all of Gore. They will provide a group rate ticket for those wishing to ski on Thursday. They will also honor guest tickets, but we must have a list of athletes or guests that wish to get a ticket at the window. Please contact Carol Tomassetti prior by March 6th, to provide guests names for a ticket. You can find the rates here.

John Pierce will be at Gore on Thursday to informally ski, during the morning with anyone who might want to go over some SG technique and tactics. If you are interested, connect with John in the lodge around lift opening time. John is a great coach, so it's a great opportunity to get the benefit of his knowledge.
