Different host mountains have different refund policies, so you'll need to contact the host mountain for that particular event to request a refund. While we work closely with each host site, the decision to refund remains solely with them, as it is their money and not ours. We only make the website, we can't make refund decisions on behalf of someone else's money.
To find contact information for a host mountain, you can click the name of the host mountain on the race page, or ask AdminSkiBot if you're not sure.
When a host mountain's race administrator processes a refund, you will typically see the refund on your card within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the same card used to purchase it. An expired card cannot be refunded.
The registration fee pays for a number of non-refundable costs, like paying your credit card's transaction fees and hosting the website. Since these costs still exist even when a race is cancelled, unfortunately we cannot refund these fees.
