Join us as we wrap up the 2025/26 season in style: celebrating big wins, hard fought finishes, unforgettable memories, and the community that makes it all worth it. Let’s relive the highlights and party the night away!

Our 2026 End of Season Gala returns to The Bond 1786 at 3 CR-40, Warrensburg, NY 12885. Our Professional Party People have thought long and hard about this year’s theme - Western Ranch! Dust off those boots, grab your hat & spurs, throw on some denim & fringe, and get ready for a night on the ranch. Think cowboy hats, boots, flannel and belt buckles (finally, a use for NSS buckles!). The bolder, the better - YEEHAW! 

Gala Agenda (6:00pm-10:00pm):

• Drinks and music featuring DJ Scorpion (a.k.a Mid-Atlantic racer Dave Moore)
• Saturday GS race awards
• Buffet dinner
• Seasonal awards: Chickens, Fast Family, Outstanding Newcomer, Most Improved, Iron Man, Age Class Champions, Top 10 Overall, Foy Cup Champions
• Sponsor prize raffle and 50/50 raffle
• New this year, we will have four high-value raffle prizes that you can enter to win: Volkl Mantra M5 skis, a full Razor Tune kit, an Energiapura boot bag, and a Karbon puffy vest. This is in addition to our standard packed raffle with dozens of sponsor-donated items!
• Dancing and music featuring DJ Scorpion

When dinner wraps up, the party doesn’t stop…we will make our way around the corner to Ashes Pub & Grill at 85 CR-40 Warrensburg, NY 12885. You may remember this venue from last year’s Nationals after party - this is where things really get going. And yes…the legendary shot ski returns. You do not want to miss it.

• We request that anyone attending the dinner register in advance by Wednesday, February 25 @ 4:00PM EST so we have an accurate headcount for the restaurant. 

• Friends & family are welcome and we encourage you to bring them along! Please be sure to purchase the appropriate number of tickets.

• Dinner cost ($65 per person) includes tax and tip. The ASR Processing Fee is a seperate fee you will see included on the invoice.
